How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the product, pack size and order quantity. Volume orders qualify for discounted pricing — send us the product name, quantity and pack size through the quotation form and we will reply with a written quote.
How do you ship printing inks and consumables?
Smaller orders ship by courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT or EMS). Larger and bulk orders are shipped by air or sea freight. We ship across Canada, to the United States and to international customers worldwide.
What is the normal lead time?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Lead times for large, made-to-order or specialty quantities are confirmed on your quotation before you order.
How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept credit card, bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union and MoneyGram. Payment details are provided with your quotation or pro-forma invoice.
Does the product come in retail packaging?
Packaging details (drum, pail, can, cartridge or carton size) are listed in the description of each product. If you need a specific pack size, mention it in your inquiry and we will confirm availability.
Is Canink a manufacturer or a distributor?
Canink is a Canada-based distributor of printing inks and consumables. We stock and supply UV offset inks, flexographic inks, security inks, varnishes, printing chemicals, plates, blankets and press spare parts from our facility in Leduc, Alberta.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. While we are headquartered in Leduc, Alberta, we supply customers in the United States and internationally. International orders ship by courier for small quantities and by air or sea freight for bulk quantities; duties and taxes at destination are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
