Temperature-sensitive (thermochromic) inks change colour when heated or cooled and revert when the temperature returns to normal, so a fingertip or a warm surface reveals or hides a printed mark. They are used for authentication on documents and packaging, freshness and heat indicators, and interactive promotional printing. Canink supplies reversible thermochromic inks for screen and offset printing in transitions such as colourless-to-red, green-to-yellow and purple-to-blue, with activation around 30 °C on request.Suitable substrates include paper, board, cloth and glass depending on the grade. Canink is a Canada-based distributor shipping to Canada, the United States and worldwide; contact us for a quotation and application guidance.
