Product example: suitable for glazing of self-adhesive labels, cigarette boxes, wine boxes, toothpaste boxes, cosmetic boxes, etc.

Printing characteristics: The printed product has the characteristics of low odor, high gloss and good smoothness.

Precautions:

A. Varnish needs to be fully stirred before use;

B. Varnish should be stored in a cool and dark place;

C. Avoid sunlight exposure during use;

D. After the UV lamp is used for a period of time, the power will be seriously attenuated, and the UV lamp should be replaced in time;

E. Ethyl ester can be used to clean the plate roller and ink tank;

F. In case of accidental skin contact with varnish during operation, it should be washed with soapy water immediately, and then rinsed with plenty of tap water for 5 minutes.

Appearance Specific

1. Construction process: UV curing after flexo varnish.

2. The working environment temperature is about 25°C, and the viscosity of the varnish is adjusted according to the paper and process conditions.

3. The ink applied depends on the surface of the paper, usually 6-15g/cm2
