Magnetic ink for offset and screen printing
Magnetic inks use magnetisable iron-oxide pigments (Fe₃O₄ / Fe₂O₃) in needle-like crystals under 1 µm. After magnetic alignment the printed ink retains a residual magnetism that a magnetic detector can read — a covert, machine-verifiable feature that survives overprinting and handling.

Applications
Cheques and bank documents, logos, passwords, serial and pattern numbers, certificates and anti-counterfeiting labels. Combine with UV invisible, optical variable, glow-in-the-dark or water-sensitive inks for multi-layer security.
